Saint Georges Management, under the direction of Sebastien BEAUJEAN, was in charge of the security direction of the Women's Forum at the Carrousel du Louvre.
The experience and relationships of Saint Georges Management have allowed to establish a real public-private co-production in the security management of these two days, thus guaranteeing optimal management of the security of all participating Officials and VIPs. at the event.

VIVATECH 2016 was the result of the mutual desire of the Les Echos et Publicis Group to organise a FrenchTech and was held in an extremely sensitive security climate.
In this context, the security challenge for an event of this importance required the provision of technical and human resources with proven competences and experience.
This difficult task was entrusted to Saint Georges Management under the direction of its Chief Executive, Sébastien BEAUJEAN.
Saint Georges Management also found itself entrusted not only with the organisation and management of the whole Security system, but also with managing the protocol for all the Officials and VIPs present at this exceptional event and their security.
To achieve this objective, Saint Georges Management optimised the special relations it enjoys with the state security services, in particular the security and departmental services of the President of the Republic at the Elysée, along with those of the Paris Police Headquarters.
The complementarity and cooperation between these different services and Saint Georges Management ensured that this event ran smoothly.
The key position in terms of security combined with the experience of Saint Georges Management once again showed that professionalism and experience made it possible to meet this challenge.
CELEBRATION OF THE CENTENARY OF THE BATTLE OF VERDUN

On standby: 1 team of dog handlers specialising in explosives to reinforce the official force.
Working directly with the "Centenary Mission", a public interest group set up for the occasion, along with departmental government representatives, a security bubble was put in place during the preparation phase within and in addition to that provided by the French State.
To achieve this, Saint Georges Management made use of its privileged contacts within the security services and President's office at the Elysée Palace.
Saint Georges Management's experience and central position with regard to security are among the assets held and offered by Saint Georges Management for carrying out especially sensitive missions. The celebration of the centenary of the battle of Verdun
To produce this event, once again, the security module was integrated into the production teams in the same way as the other units. Including the security module in this way allowed direct cooperation between units and security was considered to be an integral part of the organisation and not a restriction.

In preparation for the COP21, the United Nations conference on the climate planned for December 2015 in Paris, the objective of ?Solutions COP21? was to showcase to a wide audience all the multiple products, services, processes, as well as existing and ongoing projects throughout the world which fight against climate change and its impacts.
?Solutions COP21? was initiated by the Comité 21, with the Club France Développement Durable (grouping over 80 French networks), and supported by the top French State authorities.
Saint Georges Management, spurred on by its Director, Sébastien BEAUJEAN, was entrusted with the design, organisation and management of all the security actions for this event. Including the noteworthy ?Protocol? assignment, conferred to and undertaken by Saint Georges Management, due to the presence of various top-level partners within an acutely sensitive national security context.
This operation was designed in direct contact with state security services allowing the various risks and threats to be drawn-up and updated on a regular basis.
It should be noted that an exceptional security strategy was implemented thanks to rigorous efforts by Saint Georges Management, guaranteeing maximum effectiveness and maintaining natural and professional dialogues to ensure the smooth running of this operation and the coordination of work procedures.
Operational management, ever-independently with the Prefecture measures, was undertaken from a remote command post implemented in the heart of Paris, supervised by a coordination officer equipped with a touch screen providing global overview and allowing Saint Georges Management to have real-time information for all situations enabling them to immediately and efficiently react to all security requirements.

Thanks to both its meticulous preparation and execution, the professionalism, rigorousness and reliability of Saint Georges Management made this operation a flawless and well-accomplished success!
Once again, the security measures were similarly introduced to both the production teams and the other associated units. This concordance favoured close collaboration and the security was thus regarded as an entity of the organisation and not as a constraint.
Furthermore, relations with all the external participants were excellent, proactive and complementary.
The credibility of Saint Georges Management, notably with external clients and State Services has been confirmed since the WGC (World Gas Conference) and today is fully acknowledged in their field.
MK2 - Cinéma Paradiso
80,000 visitors - Grand Palais - June 16 to 26, 2015
Cinéma Paradiso, the not-to-be-missed event focused on films, food and entertainment, was back at the Grand Palais for its second edition. For 11 days, Cinema Paradiso boasted impressive eye-catching sound and light creations, an eclectic schedule of 22 cult films shown on two giant 25-metre screens (2 different rooms with 2000 seats each), over 10 different events, 15 food stalls, 3 bowling alleys, a refined dining restaurant headed by Jean Imbert as well as 30 international groups and DJs who performed at the Superclub (pop-up nightclub for 5000 people) for really fun evenings during the month of June.
Thanks to its substantial experience, Saint Georges Management was able to implement security procedures (crowd management, checking, protection ...) and to use the KSBG security device allowing to locate guards in real-time.

The 26th World Gas Congress is the largest and most prestigious event in the global gas industry. This event only takes place once every 3 years and has managed to bring together hundreds of leaders in the energy field, professionals from 600 organisations and gas companies from over 100 countries.
Within the framework of France's presidency of the International Gas Union, it was honoured to organise this 26th Congress. Saint Georges Management was therefore entrusted 2 years ago, with managing the full security strategy for this sensitive event.
Over these 2 years of preparation, Sébastien BEAUJEAN, the Director of Events Security, was in permanent contact with all French authorities to draw-up potential implantation site risks and threats and adopted required prevention measures allowing to significantly reduce these risks.
Saint Georges Management was entrusted with all the security strategy as well as the security protocols for all the Officials and VIPs present for this exceptional event. For this event, Saint Georges Management used the KSGB, a security system based on geopositioning of all security guards and coordinators, allowing to react in real-time for any situations and to immediately and efficiently meet all security requirements.
INAUGURATION OF THE HOTEL ?LE PÉNINSULA?

The sumptuous ?Le Peninsula Paris? located in the heart of the capital at 19 avenue Kléber, a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe as well as some worldwide famous monuments, museums and luxury boutiques, opened its doors in 2015 after several months of renovation work. For the prestigious opening night of this hotel, Saint Georges Management was in charge of organising all the security measures. Sébastien BEAUJEAN prepared all the measures and guaranteed the onsite logistics. Numerous reputable guests were expected for this memorable evening. Effective security means meeting the required demands of being professional and discrete were fully accomplished by the SGB Security Team.

The Pernod-Ricard Convention welcomes top-notch Group managers. 1100 participants from 70 countries meet on the Embiez Island for a unique event.
Saint Georges Management has been in charge of this event's security for several years now. Over these various editions, SGM has confirmed both its efficiency and service quality: reliable and available teams which adapt to numerous event-specific particularities and constraints. The specificity of this event? Having to operate on a fairly isolated island! Thus a complete challenge in regards to organizing and managing getting around, deliveries... Present from the assembly to the disassembly, the SGB Security Team makes sure the technical teams can assemble everything safely by managing the traffic on the island, as well as the delivery arrivals and departures and the physical protection of the teams.
Then, during the operation the teams are there to ensure the safety of all the participants. Here the challenge is to manage the 1000 participants climbing on and leaving the boats, the simultaneity of numerous evenings... a complicated security strategy implemented by our Security Director Sébastien BEAUJEAN.
NETFLIX launch in France

The video on demand service ?Netflix? celebrated its launch in France with a special evening organised at the Faust in Paris on September 15, 2014.
The event took place at the Faust, a restaurant-bar of 2000m² with a large terrace located under the Alexander III Bridge in Paris.
Among some of the prestigious guests present for the evening, we won't soon forget seeing Laura Prepon, Kate Mulgrew, Taylor Schilling and Uzo Aduba but also the co-founder of Netflix, Reed Hastings along with some French celebrities such as Nagui and Pierre Lescure.
Beforehand, Saint Georges Management was responsible for developing the event's security strategy working closely alongside the authorities. We also drew-up files in liaison with the various administrative entities concerned in Paris for the diverse authorisations required to operate. (Parking, permission to close off public roads ...).
During the operation, the Saint Georges Management teams successfully undertook all security procedures implemented, notably carrying out the following assignments: securing all areas, looking after VIPs, entrance management...
Sébastien BEAUJEAN was permanently in contact with: the project leader of Saint Georges Management to guarantee all measures were implemented in an accurate and safe manner, the authorities to ensure the smooth running of the event for any public-oriented aspects, and the agency to adapt the security measures to any different requests and to be proactive if needed.

In september 2014, Thermomix has launched its new food processor : the TM5. The german company had for this occasion invited 3000 persons in Disneyland Paris.
Saint Georges Management was in charge of the safety plan creation and management. Onsite we have also managed the site protection, the access control and the safety throughout the event.
Freedom and Solidarity Forum
500 participants - June 2014
June 6, 2014 marked the 70th anniversary of D-Day and overlord operation on the beaches of Normandy.
On this occasion, leaders and prominent figures representing the countries that fought in Normandy to restore Democratic values on the european continent have been together to commemorate this historic event.
Leading up to the official ceremonies, the American Chamber of Commerce in France and the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union have joined Caen and the Caen-Normandy Memorial to organize the Freedom and Solidarity Forum, to take place under the high patronage of François Hollande, President of the French Republic, on June 4 and 5, 2014 in Caen.
This high-level conference has brought together American, Canadian and European political leaders, as well as international business leaders, heads of international organizations, thought leaders and young talents.
Saint Georges Management has been in charge of the safety process creation for the entire event.
